Where do you Ship?We ship to every State in the USA.

What is your return policy?I have a 10 day return policy. Which means you have 10 days from the date that you receive your item to contact us and request a return.

Do you do custom orders?Yes i do custom orders. If you have a specific design that you would like on a shirt, then contact me @ infothreadedvision@gmail.com for a quote.

What color shirts do you do?I can put my designs on any color that you would like. Certain designs look better on other colors and if you chose a color shirt that will fade out the design i will always let you know ahead of time. I typically keep all the shirt colors that i have on the product pages but can get any color that you would like just contact me for specifics.

How do I choose a different color then what is listed?I have a color list on the main page of all the colors that the shirts I use come in. If you would like to choose one of those colors. Choose custom color in the color drop down and then in text area below type the color shirt name you would like.

Can i make changes to my design?Yes I can make changes to my designs. I can make changes to the colors or make changes to the wording. any changes made to the designs is $5 and an extra 2 day processing time. To make changes to the designs click the drop down for custom design and select yes. Then in the text box write a brief description of what you would like.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
